3. Reservation for 500,000 free masks is launched in Futian District. 

Recently, Futian District Charity Federation has mobilized multiple sectors to offer 50,000 masks per day for 10 consecutive days. 10,000 residents will be chosen randomly by the system each day and each of them will be offered a pack of 5 masks. After being chosen, the recipients won’t have to pick up the masks at pharmacies. Instead the masks will be delivered to the residents’ doorsteps by express services free of charge. Mask reservation is open to residents whose households are registered in Futian District or permanent residents who have obtained residence permits in the District. 5. Application starts for postponing enterprise social insurance premium. 

According to the joint notice by Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shenzhen Municipal Healthcare Security Bureau, enterprises (including individually-owned business) affected by the epidemic that cannot pay enterprise social insurance premium on time, may click on “postponing application” on the internet and swiftly complete the procedure. Enterprises only need to apply once during the epidemic. The way of paying social insurance premium remains the same for those who haven’t applied. 6. The questionnaire results on NCP show that over 90% of the surveyed citizens can exercise proper self-protection. 

Shenzhen CDC, together with Shenzhen University, conducted a questionnaire survey on NCP among Shenzhen citizens. According to the results, Shenzhen citizens have a rather high degree of understanding about NCP. Over 80% of those surveyed take a positive attitude on the epidemic’s development.
